You are buying a promotional placement on a public leaderboard. Nothing else.

There is no prize, no cash award, no jury, no vote and no competition outcome. Your position reflects one thing only: how much money has been paid against your entry, compared to everyone else.

This is not a contest, sweepstakes, lottery, game of chance or game of skill. No entry fee is pooled and no winner is selected.

Entries are ordered by the total amount paid against them, highest first. When two entries hold the same total, the one that reached it first ranks higher.

To take the #1 position you must pay more than the current leader's total, by at least the minimum increment shown at checkout. You choose the amount yourself, within the range shown.

There is a cap above the current leader. It exists on purpose so that nobody can buy the top position and put it out of everyone else's reach.

If you are already on the board, you pay only the difference between your existing total and the amount required for #1. Your entry is identified by the Instagram username you submit. There are no accounts and no passwords.

Because anyone may pay at any time, your position can be taken by someone else at any moment. We do not guarantee that you will hold any position for any length of time, including immediately after payment.

Prices are quoted and charged in United States dollars (USD).

You must be 18 years of age or older to submit an entry or to appear on the site. Entries depicting anyone under 18 are removed without refund.

You may only submit an entry for yourself. You must own or have the right to use the profile and photograph associated with the entry.

Submitting an entry for another person, a public figure you are not, or a fictional or impersonated identity is prohibited and will be removed without refund.

After your payment is confirmed, we retrieve the profile photograph from the public Instagram profile you provided and store a copy on our own servers. We do this once. We do not crawl, monitor or re-fetch your Instagram profile afterwards.

By submitting an entry you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that photograph, your submitted name, your city and your Instagram username on this site and in link previews, for as long as your entry is published.

If the photograph cannot be retrieved, we display a generated placeholder image instead. This does not entitle you to a refund, since the placement itself is unaffected.

You may request removal of your entry at any time, at no cost, using the removal page. We action removal requests promptly.

We may remove any entry, with or without notice, if it breaks the content rules, appears to involve a minor, appears to involve someone who did not consent, is associated with a chargeback or fraudulent payment, or exposes us to legal risk.

Removal ends the display of your entry. Amounts already paid are not refunded on voluntary removal.

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never receive or store your card number, bank details or PayPal password.

Your position is applied only after PayPal confirms the payment to our servers. Returning to the site from PayPal is not by itself proof of payment.

If a payment is reversed, disputed or charged back, the associated entry may be removed and any position derived from it withdrawn.

Amounts shown next to entries are the totals recorded against those entries in our system.

Viewer counts and view totals shown on the site are indicative engagement figures and should not be treated as audited analytics.

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we do not warrant any level of exposure, traffic, attention or benefit from appearing on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the site or to a payment is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you pay.
