Refund Policy
Short version: the placement is delivered the moment your payment confirms, so it is generally not refundable. Here are the exceptions.
Why placements are not routinely refundable
What you buy is applied immediately and publicly on confirmation of payment. It is a digital service that has been fully performed at that point, so the usual right to change your mind does not survive delivery.
Being overtaken by someone who pays more is the mechanic of the site, not a fault. It is not grounds for a refund.
Not receiving attention, followers, traffic or messages is not grounds for a refund. We sell a position, never an outcome.
When we do refund
You were charged and no placement was applied.
You were charged more than once for the same placement.
The amount charged does not match the amount quoted at checkout.
We removed your entry for a reason that was our mistake rather than a breach of the rules by you.
Any case where applicable consumer law in your country requires a refund. Local law overrides this policy where it applies.
When we do not refund
You changed your mind after the placement was applied.
You were overtaken by another payment.
You asked us to remove your entry voluntarily.
We removed your entry because it broke the content rules, involved a minor, or involved a person who had not consented.
How to ask
Contact us through the removal page with the Instagram username used and the PayPal transaction identifier. We aim to answer within five business days.
Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute. A dispute freezes the funds and slows down the very refund you are asking for.
